We all face difficult decisions as we learn to cope in this new economic reality. To adapt successfully, we must be prepared to ask tough questions of the organizations for which we work and of ourselves. What do I need to do to keep the economic engine running? Beyond that, where am I likely to incur undue risk and how can I minimize those exposures? It would be unfortunate for IT to survive the downturn only to discover that our ongoing viability is threatened.
