How We Do It

• Organize Teams. Under the aegis of the advisory team, Asuret joins with you (and its external partners, when relevant) to create a solution design team that carries out the Action Plan.
• Assist the Client Teams. Asuret works as a part of this solution design team to define (and if desired, design) solutions to meet the objectives of the Action Plan. This way, the solutions will be designed to respond to the root causes that are driving the project to fail.
• Implement Solutions. Asuret itself may create and implement solutions where appropriate.
• Support Solution Implementation. Asuret's engagement team works with you to strengthen the ability for IT to be effective across traditional business boundaries, where hidden causes of failure often exist. We work with the ways people really communicate to influence IT success.
   

• Recommend. Asuret can help you formulate education and knowledge-sharing strategies and tactics.
• Playbooks. A playbook gives your organization the means to perform as an integrated unit, with the confidence and consistency that can only arise from a solid foundation of best practices.
• Training. Asuret can help you educate your IT project team and stakeholders so they get the benefits of these playbooks or other knowledge sharing tactic.
• Technology. Asuret advises you on how to effectively use software, web-based applications, and social-networking technologies to best showcase and share your project success lessons.
• Community. Asuret helps you build and leverage community so that your organization harnesses its collective wisdom, such as a wiki, for continuous IT project improvements.
